\u27a2 The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs on all returned products as well as the shipping on any new item sent in exchange.<\/p>\n

If items arrive damaged or the wrong merchandise was sent, please contact us and send us pictures so we can resolve the issue.
\nWhen a situation occurs where Propolis-etc\u2026 is shipping another product to you as replacement for damaged or incorrect product and we request the damaged or incorrect item be returned, Propolis-etc\u2026 will organize the pick-up by a shipping company. It is of your responsibility to provide the parcel measurements (dimensions and weight) and also a confirmation of the pick-up address. The amount of reimbursement will be refunded on your credit card when we receive your return. We will then ship you the good item.\n<\/p>\n
Certain items are subject to a warranty. Please refer to the product sheet for details.
\nNote that in the event of breakage, or malfunction, the item(s) must be returned to the place of purchase for repair.
\nThe warranty does not give the right to replace the item. Propolis-etc … undertakes to repair the product and return it to you in good condition.\n<\/p>\n
